We ship and track most orders via USPS Priority Mail. Orders usually ship in 2-5 business days.  Orders can also be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Products can be shipped to every U.S. address, including P.O. Boxes and most APO/FPO addresses.

At this time we can ship international orders U.S. First Class International Mail.  We will notify you if there is any shipping problem to your area. If you are interested in international shipping, please email our customer service department (info@criticalcouture.com).  Email confirmation of the fee will be given prior to the international shipment.

We offer expedited shipping (Overnight, 2nd Day, etc.) upon request. Because of the nature of our products and the various sizes and weights, expedited shipping costs can vary greatly. If you are interested in expedited shipping, please email our customer service department (info@criticalcouture.com).


Orders from within the state of California are subject to an 8% sales tax.   States other than California: no sales tax.


We accept the following forms of payment (processed through secure service PayPal) for your order:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.




We offer a 100% money back guarantee within 15 days on all merchandise with the following necessary exceptions:

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, other than goods damaged during shipping, or incorrect shipments.  Customer must pay for shipping on all returns. No postage due returns will be accepted and no credits will be issued for shipping charges.  Refused shipments will also be charged the 15% restocking fee and will be credited less shipping fees.

Items must be returned 15 days from receipt of merchandise in its original packaging and original unused and resalable condition.


Embroidered sales are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The Critical Couture website is operated by MPO Systems.  Critical Couture is the sole owner of all information collected on this site.  The personal information you provide us and information about your order will never be shared with third parties, except for the purpose of fulfilling your order or when required by law.

Complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent.

We do not provide email addresses to third parties.  However, if you purchase merchandise through Critical Couture, your name and mailing address will be added to our database.

Critical Couture takes every precaution to protect our users’ information.  When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our registration or order forms, that information is handled through Pay Pal and it is encrypted and is protected with encryption technology.



While we use encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information off-line.  All of our customers’ information is restricted in our offices.  Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.  Furthermore, all employees are trained and certified on our security and privacy practices to ensure our customers’ information is protected.  Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.  If you have questions about the security of our website, send us an email at customerservice@criticalcouture.com.
